Collaborative service will be provided for all construction items in the industrial zone regarding to related procedures from project establishment to project commencement. With regard to business and tax registration of investors, the industrial park could handle on investors’ behalf and the fees will be charged according to the national regulations and regulations of the high-tech zone. No commission will be charged by the industrial garden. Meanwhile, employees’ recruitment, collaborative services between governments and enterprises, customs, law, finance, tax and even logistics will served as assistances if need help.
Management service:
The industrial park is responsible for maintenance of various equipments of buildings and roads in the industrial park and forestation and cleaning of public areas within the industrial park. It is also responsible for 24-hour security by introducing intellectual security management equipments. It also provides accommodation, meeting and exhibition service and industrial shuttle bus service
Supporting services:
(1) Establish law firms and accounting firms to provide related services.
(2)Supporting facilities: Administrative service center, conference hall, staff community, import food mini-supermarket, dining hall and recreation center. Moreover, leisure facilities like basketball court, billiards rooms will give employees a relax living space. |
