Electric power is mainly provided by the largest power grid in China, East China Power Grid, which has the total capacity of 750000 KVA, and 3 substations of 220 KVA, 7 substations of 110 KVA and 2 substations of 35 KVA. The voltage will be 10000 V, 35000 V, 110000 V and 220000 V. Power supply quality: the reliability of power supply is 99.9%. The voltage is stable, the amplitude is within ±5 and the frequency is 50 hertz.

Water supply:
Water source: Taihu Lake
Water supply capability: 750000 tons per day.
Pipe diameter: ?200mm, ?1200mm, ?1400mm, ?1800mm, ?2200mm. Pipes stretch to the edge of the plant.
Water supply pressure: no less than 2 kg.

Natural gas:
The heat value is 8500 Kcal per cubic meter and the gas supply pressure is 0.1 Mpa to 0.2 Mpa.Special gas for industry: Special gas like oxygen and nitrogen are available.

Disposal of rain, sewage and solid wastes:
Diffluence of rain and sewage. The handling capacity sewage treatment plant is 200000 tons. The solid wastes will be handled by professional solid wastes treatment companies.

Communications:
Broad brand multi-media and virtual mini-exchangers, ISDN, DDN, T1 and T3, ADSL, high-speed internet access services are available. Satellite receiving equipments could be set up after application.
