On November 15 of 2006, Italian guests, who were attending the Suzhou Session of the Second Joint Meeting of Sino-Italian Governments Committee in Suzhou, paid a visit to High-tech Zone and Suzhou Italian Industrial Garden and expressed their appreciation to the good investment environment of the high tech zone.
Before the visit, Suzhou Major Mr. Yan Li met with all delegates attending the Joint Meeting of the Sion-Italian Governments Committee, with Deputy Director of Administrative Committee of High-tech Zone Mr. Niu Yueming being at present. Yan Li said that the establishment of Italian Industrial Garden was aiming to promote mutual business and trade exch anges and it was a hope that the Suzhou Session will promote mutual exchanges and cooperation. The Secretary General of Italian side of Sino-Italian Governments Committee Minister 白达尼 expressed that the long history and vigor and charm of Suzhou impressed every visitor. The delegates of Italian side of Sino-Italian Governments Committee were all glad that Suzhou had established an industrial garden for Italian enterprises investing in Suzhou.
Although only one month passed since the foundation laying ceremony, it had attracted attentions of many Italian enterprises and some of them have signed the agreement of investment. |
